The District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites electronic re-bids for four (04) independent lot-wise framework rate contracts under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage–One Envelope). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal or PPRA website.

Eligibility: Bidders for Lot 1 must hold a valid Centralized Drug Sale License (Category A) as a pharmacy, manufacturer, or distributor. Bidders for Lots 2–4 must be duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, or general order suppliers. A separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot is required; bid security must be furnished as a bank guarantee in the prescribed form in favour of the District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi.
Submission and documents: Complete bidding documents are available free on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bids shall be prepared and submitted electronically via the e-Procurement portal.
Deadlines and opening: Bid submission deadline is 2026-10-31 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-31 at 11:30 AM through the e-Procurement system at the Office of the District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline.
Other conditions: A bidder must quote all mandatory items of each selected lot. Prices must include delivery to Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi and Special Prison Hospital Rawalpindi. The procuring agency may reject all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
