Key conditions:
1. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and hold an "Active" status at the time of bid submission.
2. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and hold an "Active" status; active Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) with FBR is required.
3. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) shall be downloaded from the e‑PAQS acquisition and disposal system; bids shall be submitted through e‑PAQS.
4. Bids will be opened on the same day at the times specified above in the Main Committee Room, PEDO House, Sector 38‑B/2, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend.
5. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the total bid price in Pakistani Rupees in the form of a bank draft or CDR in favor of "CEO, PEDO", valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
6. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47(1) of the KPPRA Rules, 2014.
