The RFP document is available from the Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi (KM‑50, Motorway M‑9, Post Code 75340) from 2026-10-20 upon submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed RFP fee by pay order in favour of DHA City Karachi. Bidders must submit their technical proposals in accordance with the Two‑Stage, Two‑Envelope procedure on or before 2026-11-03 at 1100 hours at the D&C Directorate. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1300 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Technically responsive bidders may be required to present a detailed demonstration of their proposed solution on a date and time communicated separately by DHA City. Financial proposals will be requested and evaluated at the subsequent stage in accordance with the prescribed bidding procedure. A bid security in the form of a pay order equal to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted with the financial bid.
Bidders are instructed to submit all required documents as specified in the bidding documents. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provisions of rules and regulations.
