- Eligible bidders include printers/publishers/firms/companies/consortia/sole proprietors registered with the Punjab Holy Quran (Printing and Recording) framework and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities as applicable.
- A Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be furnished as specified in the bidding documents and uploaded via the e-Procurement System; original instruments must be produced as required.
- Procurement will follow the terms, conditions and detailed instructions available in the bidding documents on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PECTAA website.
