Tender: Establishment of Road Maintenance Squad — Municipal Corporation Gujranwala

Office of the Municipal Corporation Gujranwala invites e-bids from Contractors/Firms registered with the e-Procurement System and registered in relevant categories with FBR, PRA, NTN and Pakistan Engineering Council for the following scheme. All e-bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk).

Key dates & submission: E-bids submission deadline: 2026-11-16 at 11:00 AM. E-bids opening: 2026-11-16 at 11:30 AM. Contractors/their representatives may attend the opening at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala.

Bid security & procedure: All e-bids must be accompanied by a bid-security of 5% of the estimated price submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA instructions. The Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure of PPRA Rules 2014 will be adopted. Only technically responsive bidders will be eligible for opening of financial bids. The procuring agency may reject bids under Section 35 PPRA Rules 2014.

Performance guarantee & validity: The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit Performance Security/Guarantee @ 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter in favour of the Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Gujranwala in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee. Bids will be valid for 120 days.
