Tender: Installation of Hybrid Off‑Grid Solar Systems — District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala

Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala (Chairman Procurement Committee) invites e-bids from well‑reputed, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for supply, installation and commissioning of hybrid off‑grid solar systems at court premises.

Key conditions: Electronic bids must be submitted on the Punjab E‑procurement System. Bidding documents are available from the Accounts Branch, Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A bank draft / CDR as bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded/attached with the electronic bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee in the shape of CDR/Pay Order equivalent to the required amount and will be bound by the contract clauses including a minimum one‑year warranty, free replacement, services and maintenance during the warranty period. Taxes (PST, Professional Tax, Income Tax and Sales Tax) as applicable will be deducted as per rules. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure and PPRA Rules, 2014.
