Issuer: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi. Purpose: Contract for provision of janitorial services and janitorial materials for the financial year 2026–27. Eligible bidders must be financially sound firms duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and submit tenders online through the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Submission method: Only online tenders submitted via Punjab E-Procurement System (punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk) will be accepted. Tender documents are also available for viewing/downloading on BISE Rawalpindi website (www.biserawalpindi.edu.pk) and PPRA/ Punjab e-procurement portals. The procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2014.
Deadline for submission: 2026-11-15 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bid opening: same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Each bidder must provide bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost through PSID on the Punjab E-Procurement system.
Additional conditions: Conditional or incomplete tenders will not be considered. The successful firm must ensure wages are paid to janitors on or before the 10th of each month and in accordance with government-prescribed wages. The lowest evaluated bidder will be declared successful for the listed items.
