NHA Invitation to e-Bids: 18 Emergency Snow-Removal Works on N-25, N-40-I, N-50 & N-65

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Balochistan‑North Region, Quetta. Purpose: Invitation to electronic bids for 18 emergency maintenance contracts for removal of snowfall on national highways N-25, N-40-I, N-50 and N-65.

Eligibility & instructions: Bidders must be registered contractors, registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the category specified for each contract. Procurement method is Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents will be available for download from the procurement website from 2026-11-02. Bidders must register on the e-procurement portal and submit e-bids through the online system. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (as specified in the bidding documents) is required. E-Bids must be submitted by the closing date and will be opened online in accordance with the bidding schedule.
