Issuer: National Highway Authority (Balochistan‑North Region, Quetta). Purpose: Invitation to e‑Bids for 18 emergency maintenance contracts for removal of snowfall on national highways N‑25, N‑40‑I, N‑50 and N‑65.
Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelopes. Bidding documents available for free download from November 02, 2026 at the NHA e‑bidding portal. e‑Bids prepared per bidding documents must reach the address below on or before 2026-11-10 before 1200 Hours. Technical e‑Bids will be opened the same day at 1300 Hours. Financial e‑Bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened in sequence. Bid security: 5% of the Engineer's Estimate. All firms are advised to obtain ePADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk; manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated.
