| Minimum Qualification & Experience | Foreign or local LLM, or Barrister‑at‑Law or Solicitor with at least 9–10 years' experience in legal and legislative matters in the public or private sector. |
| Professional Credentials / Duties | Experience drafting/reviewing conventions, agreements, MOUs, contracts and other legal documents. Preferable: understanding of international law and ability to render legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters and legislative drafting experience. |
| Shortlisting Preference | Candidates with public sector experience preferred, followed by state‑owned corporations/entities and reputable private corporations. |
| How to Apply | Apply online via the National Job Portal (www.njp.gov.pk) within fifteen (15) days of publication. Government servants must attach NOC at time of applying. Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted. |
| Interview & Documents | Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Applicants must bring original and attested copies of CNIC, educational and experience certificates, detailed CV, and passport‑size photograph to the interview. |
