Tender: Hiring Transport Fleet for Student Pick & Drop — Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur

Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur invites sealed bids for hiring a new transport fleet for student pick-and-drop services. Bidding is on a single-stage, one-envelope basis for a one-year contract (extendable up to three years). Bid security of 2% of the quoted bid value is required for each route. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS; original bids with bid security must be delivered to the Store & Purchase Officer, Shah Abdul Latif University, Old National Highway, Khairpur.

Eligibility requirements include active registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, at least five years’ relevant business/service experience, and a turnover of at least Rs. 3.00 million for each route in any year during the last three years.
