Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA), Government of the Punjab, invites bids from well-reputed and experienced firms/companies for provision of Human Resource (HR) Outsourcing Services under a framework contract in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Eligible bidders must be duly registered with relevant registration and tax authorities.
Bids (technical and financial submitted separately) must be uploaded online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Submission deadline: 29 July 2026, by 09:30 AM (bids to be opened the same day at 10:00 AM). A pre-bid discussion is scheduled for 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.
