M/S. OSMAN ISSABHAI MEMON & COMPANY, Advocates announce that (1) Mr. Shahbaz S/O Abdul Aziz (CNIC 42301-1367643-9), (2) Mr. Faisal S/O Yasin Qadri (CNIC 42301-8785246-7) and (3) Mrs. Saira W/O Asif (CNIC 42301-6287346-4) have agreed to sell, transfer and assign to one of their clients a leasehold residential-cum-commercial amalgamated Plot No. 6/6, measuring 1,467 sq. yards (Survey Sheet No. SR-5) situated at Serai Quarters near I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, free from mortgages, charges, encumbrances and with vacant physical possession.

Any person, agency, authority, financial institution or organization claiming any right, title or interest in the said property or any objection to the proposed sale must notify the advocates and the authorities—The Mukhtiarkar Arambagh, Karachi and the Sub-Registrar, Saddar Town, Karachi—by registered post A/D or courier within seven days of this notice, failing which claims will be deemed waived.
