AJK C&W Dept — E-Bidding Notice for Construction, Improvement and Blacktopping of Link Roads in Neelum District (Multiple Packages)

Issuer: Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Communication & Works Department, Highways Division Neelum.

Purpose: Notice inviting electronic bids (Single Stage–Single Envelope E-Bidding) for construction, improvement, reconditioning and blacktopping of multiple link roads in LA-25 and LA-26, District Neelum under FY 2025-26 works.

Eligibility: Civil contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and having enrollment with C&W Govt. of AJK for FY 2025-26. Joint ventures must obtain prior approval from the Employer for bidding as joint venture. Bidders must obtain username/login from IT Section, Office of the Chief Engineer Highways, Block H, DHQ Muzaffarabad and must be already registered on the E-Bidding Dashboard.

Deadlines and submission: E-bids must be submitted and will be opened on 2026-11-10 at 11:30 AM (same date/time shown for all packages). Scanned copies of bid security bank receipts must be uploaded on the bidding dashboard as proof of deposit into the Divisional Joint Account before opening. Completion Period: 24 months for each listed package.

How to apply: Interested eligible bidders should register on the AJK E-Bidding Dashboard, download bidding documents from the Department’s websites, deposit bid security into the Divisional Joint Account and upload the bank deposit receipt on the dashboard before the closing time.
