Punjab Highways Department Tender: Road Rehabilitation in Rahim Yar Khan (Bid Opening 11 Nov 2026)

Issuer: Punjab Highways Department — Executive Engineer, Highways Division Rahim Yar Khan. Tender reference: IPB-742. Works are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors/firms meeting Punjab PPRA and PEC requirements for Financial Year 2026-27.

Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost and Performance Security/Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount (to be submitted within 15 days of receipt of letter of acceptance) must be provided only through digital online payment on the Punjab e-Procurement system (link with BOP) in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Rahim Yar Khan.
