Core responsibilities and skills: support operation, monitoring and inspection of Data Center facilities; first-level maintenance of power, cooling and access control systems; manage fire suppression, CCTV, UPS, PDPM/SPM/PDU, generators and HVAC systems; use monitoring tools such as DCIM to track performance; troubleshoot LT & ATS panels and support fault resolution in generators, HVAC and fire suppression systems; provide 24/7 emergency support and issue resolution.
