Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Layyah invites online tenders from registered engineering firms/contractors through the Punjab e‑Procurement System for the following schemes. Participation requires valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for Financial Year 2026‑27 and registration on the Punjab e‑Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically; manual/physical bids or physical financial instruments will not be accepted.
Key instructions: 5% bid security must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e‑Procurement System.
