Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Layyah invites online bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors/firms for two construction packages for the Establishment of Medical College, Layyah under the Punjab e‑Procurement (PPRA) E‑Tendering System. Contractors must be registered with PEC for Financial Year 2026‑27 and register on Punjab e‑procurement portal to submit electronic bids.
