Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD), Civil Division Sahiwal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works under the Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Programme (SAP-VIII) 2026-27.
Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System and will be opened electronically. Bid submission deadline and opening time are 2026-11-16 at 10:00 AM. The procuring agency is the Executive Engineer, LG&CD, Civil Division, Sahiwal.
Key requirements: bidders must meet eligibility and PEC classification criteria, submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via a Digital Bank Guarantee (issued through SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Executive Engineer LG&CD Civil Division Sahiwal), and furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the Contract Price via SWIFT MT760 within 7 working days of contract award. Manual bids are not acceptable. Financial bids must include all taxes; incomplete or conditional financial bids will be rejected. Bids remain valid for 60 days from opening.
