GIKI Tender: Plumbing Supplies for Hostel Renovation (GIKI/WD/Reno/Plumbing/01)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids (single-stage, one-envelope) in Pakistani rupees from registered firms for plumbing items listed in Annex-A for renovation of hostels. Bids must be delivered to the office of the Director (Works & Projects), GIKI, Topi, Swabi by 21 July 2026 at 11:00 AM; proposals will be opened at 11:15 AM the same day.

Tender reference GIKI/WD/Reno/Plumbing/01. Tender fee PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) and 2% bid security (CDR) must accompany bids. Samples for each item are mandatory. Delivery to GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi; payment within 2–3 weeks after acceptance subject to tax deductions. All proposals must be valid for a period of Thirty (15) days from the closing date.
