Issuer: National Grid Pakistan (Field Operations, National Grid Hyderabad). National Grid invites e-bids under Tender No. SM-CIVIL-FO-HYD-02-2026-27 on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis using Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for civil repair and maintenance work at NGC Hyderabad.
Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid license and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority/Board.

Bid security must be provided as CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division GSO (S) NTDC, Hyderabad, valid for up to 28 days beyond the bid validity date. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0; the original (hard copy) must be submitted before the e-bid closing deadline or the e-bid will be rejected.
Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only on or before 2026-11-16 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Other conditions: Bidders must quote for the complete scope of work; partial bids will be rejected. A completed checklist is mandatory with the bid. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or annul the bidding process as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
