National Grid (the Employer) invites e-bids under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for civil work. Bidding documents are available on EPADS (https://www.epads.gov.pk) and the advertisement appears on PPRA and National Grid websites.

Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid PEC license, registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and relevant Provincial Revenue Authority/Board, and appearing on the Active Taxpayer list.
Bid security: Rs. 92,000 in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division GSO (S) NTDC, Hyderabad. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded to EPADS; original hard copy must be submitted before the e-bid closing deadline. Bid security must be valid for a period up to twenty eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date.
Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only. Submission deadline: 2026-11-15 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Other terms: Bidders must quote for the complete scope of work and complete the mandatory checklist before submission. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the bidding process under Public Procurement Rules 2004, Clause 33(1).
