Bidders must provide Bid Security as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Where bid security is not required by the Procuring Agency, bidders must submit a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding document.
E‑bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, are available on the EPADS e-Procurement portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual submissions will not be entertained; bidders who have not yet registered on EPADS should register at the same portal.
Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per the Rules of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related provisions. Note: All rates will be considered inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
