Submission and bid conditions:
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; bidders must be registered on that system. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be adopted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. Procurement will follow rules and guidelines of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
