Issuer: The Punjab Women Protection Authority (PWPA), Lahore invites sealed bids for supply of IT equipment, office furniture & fixtures, and plant & machinery.
Registration & submission: Interested companies/firms/suppliers/dealers must be registered with relevant tax/registration authorities and with the E-PAD (ep.punjab.gov.pk) e-Procurement system. Bidding documents, specifications and submission are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://epproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx.
Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Separate TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL proposals must be uploaded to the e-Procurement system. Original bid security must be submitted through the e-Procurement System; a scanned copy must also be uploaded.
