Tender: External Development of Admin Block at IBA Public School Sukkur (Tender Proc/EPADS/0123)

Issuer: Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through EPADS (E‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) on a Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR)/item‑rate basis under Tender Proc/EPADS/0123 for the External Development of the Admin Block at IBA Public School Sukkur.

Tender schedule: Bidding period: From 29-10-2026 to 19-11-2026. Submission deadline: 2026-11-19 at 03:00 PM through EPADS. Bid opening: 2026-11-19 at 03:30 PM through EPADS.

Eligibility & key conditions:

- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C‑6 or above with specialized code CE‑01(i).
- Valid registration with Income Tax and applicable Sales Tax authorities and Active Taxpayer Status.
- Average annual turnover (as per FBR tax returns) for the last five years equal to or greater than the estimated cost of the work.
- Affidavit on non‑judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation history, no blacklisting, and no involvement in corrupt, fraudulent, or collusive practices; and confirming authenticity of submitted information and documents.
- Bidder must not have forfeited CDR or bid security with any procurement agency.
- Conditional bids/tenders and bids not accompanied by the required bid security will be rejected.

Other terms: Bid validity period: 90 days. Bidding documents must be obtained and submitted electronically through EPADS. Bid security (pay order, deposit at call, demand draft or bank guarantee) should be in favor of Sukkur IBA University. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per SPP Rules 2010 (amended to date).
