Tender: Renovation & Additional Facilities for Model Higher Secondary Schools, Sukkur (ADP 430/2026-27 Package-12)

Issuer: Government of Sindh — School Education & Literacy Department, Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU), School Infrastructure Development / SERP II. Invitation of tenders under Single stage–Two Envelope procedure through SPPRA portal and E-PAD e-procurement.

Submission & bidding instructions: Bidding documents can be accessed/downloaded from the SPPRA e-procurement portal from the date of publication until the closing date. Bids shall be submitted through the E-PAD system before 16-11-2026 at 2:30 PM along with mandatory documents, tender fee (non-refundable Rs.5,000 by Pay Order in favor of Project Director, PMIU/SERP-II/SID) and Bid Security (Call Deposit / Pay Order / Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Project Director, PMIU/SERP-II/SID), valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date. Bid validity: 90 days.

Opening: Technical bids will be opened on 16-11-2026 at 3:00 PM via E-PAD. If tenders are not responded on that date, the next submission/uploading date will be up to 30-11-2026 (submission by 2:30 PM and opening at 3:00 PM).

Notes & terms: Only online bids accepted; original Tender Fee, Bid Security & E-stamping affidavits must be submitted in sealed envelope or through registered mail to the Office of Project Director as instructed. Canvassing is strictly prohibited and may lead to rejection.
