Deputy Project Director (PMU), Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority (P-WASA) invites e-bids from manufacturers or authorized dealers/suppliers/contractors/companies/firms/JVs or their agents for the procurement of excavators under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must have valid registrations with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bid submission and opening will be conducted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Digital/e-Bid security (2% of the estimated price) must be prepared online in favour of Deputy Project Director (PMU), P-WASA and verifiable on the e-Procurement system. Bids will remain valid for 150 days. Bidders may obtain bidding documents from the Punjab e-Procurement System and Punjab Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.
