Purpose: Grant of lease rights for mix‑use commercial development (Shopping Plaza/Market, Corporate offices, IT Parks, Hotel, Hospital/Healthcare, 3S Dealerships, Retail and Food Outlets) on selected Pakistan Railway lands under Public‑Private Partnership.
