Tender: Repair & Construction of Room in AC House — Executive Engineer (Building), Musakhail

Executive Engineer (Building), Communication & Works / PW&P&H Department, District Musakhail invites sealed bids for the repair and construction work for the Year 2026 under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500 (payable to Account of Executive Engineer Building C02706). Bid security: 3% of bid value in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Eligibility & requirements: bidder must be on the Active Tax Payers List; must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. The bidding firm must have completed three assignments of similar nature. Minimum turnover of PKR 6,756,939 in the preceding three years is required. The bidder must have completed three similar assignments each of at least PKR 3.2 million in the last two years prior to bid opening. For manual submissions when the business owner is unable to be present, the submitting individual must hold a valid Power of Attorney executed via a notarized affidavit from the owner.

Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Building) on payment of PKR 1,500 from the date of publication until 2026-11-09 during office hours. Bids must be submitted by 2026-11-09 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the undersigned.
