CDA E-Bid: Repair/Maintenance of NCCIA Building No.12, G-5/2 Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors in Category C-3 or above for the repair/maintenance of NCCIA Building No.12, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. E-bidding documents, specifications and bid security requirements are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/). Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-07-31 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. For queries contact Dy.
