National School of Public Policy (NSPP) invites applications for senior leadership positions on contract for an initial period of three years (extendable by two one-year terms subject to satisfactory performance). Demonstrated ability to design and deliver leadership training for senior public-sector executives; strong communication and interpersonal skills. | 45–62 years on the date of applying |
| Dean, Executive Development Institute (MP-II) | MPhil / Master of Arts in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Administration, HR Development, Law, Strategic & Security Studies, History, Political Science, International Relations or other relevant social sciences from an HEC-recognized institution. | 15 years of research/training/teaching experience from a recognized teaching/research institution OR 15 years of professional/practical experience in the relevant field. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver knowledge/skill enhancement programmes for senior leadership; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. | 45–62 years on the date of applying |
