Issuer: Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division Sargodha. E-tenders are invited from Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and holding valid registration on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement system. Bidding will follow Punjab PPRA rules and e-procurement procedures; 5% earnest money through the prescribed online/digital mechanism is required and bid security shall be linked with bids in EPDAS. Contractors may attend the tender opening as noted below.
Bids will be opened at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division on 2026-11-25 at 11:00 AM (tender opening in presence of the Tender Opening Committee at 11:30 AM). Submission and participation must be through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement Portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and in accordance with the conditions and clauses listed by the department.
