PAFDA Tender for MEP Operation & Maintenance and Manpower Deployment (Tender No. Proc.11/26-27)

Issuer: Director General, Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority (PAFDA). PAFDA invites electronic bids from eligible service providers registered with Tax Departments of Pakistan for the provision of MEP operation and maintenance services under a Service Level Agreement (SLA), including approved manpower deployment and routine consumables within the monthly service charges.

Key instructions:

- Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) (registration required) and in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (Single Stage Two Envelope, Rule 38(2)(a)). Bidders must submit e-bids using the PDF upload method.

- Bid security of 2% must be submitted electronically through PEPS; physical instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, etc.) will not be accepted.

- Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System or the PPRA Punjab website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) upon payment of the tender fee.

- An optional pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at PAFDA Head Office on 2026-10-30 at 11:00 AM.
