Tender for Provision of Security Services — Nishtar Medical University, Multan (2026-27)

Nishtar Medical University, Multan invites bids through the Punjab e‑procurement System (eP) for the provision of security services for the university for one year (365 days/24 hours). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended) using Single‑Stage Two‑Envelope (SSTE) bidding executed through the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

Tender documents in English may be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e‑procurement System website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Technical and financial separate bids, duly completed and in conformity with tender documents, must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement System by 2026-11-20 before 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

A pre‑bid meeting will be held on 2026-11-10 at 9:00 AM in the office of the Chairman, Purchase Committee, Nishtar Medical University, Multan. Bidders must register and upload their bids on the Punjab e‑Procurement (eP) portal and are advised to upload well before the deadline. Bid submission on the portal is the responsibility of the bidder; the university will not be responsible for portal issues.

All bids must be accompanied by 1% bid security of the quoted amount submitted/paid online through the Punjab e‑Procurement System as prescribed under PPRA rules. For electronic bids submission and registration use the Punjab e‑Procurement portal.
