Services Hospital Lahore invites e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 for the following:

• Only bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) are eligible. RFP and bidding documents are available via the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login and PPRA website: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk (and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx).
• Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee) will be accepted.
• Procurement will follow single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with RFP instructions and submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal on or before the above date and time. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on the portal. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the tender opening at the Office of AMS (Purchase), Room #10, Admin Block (Basement), Services Hospital, Jail Road, Lahore; e-bids will be retrieved in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the opening date & time.
• Submission of forged/fake documents will lead to disqualification/blacklisting under PPRA rules. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under PPRA rules (amended up-to-date).
