TEPA LDA Tender: Construction of Janazgahs in Lahore (NA-123)

Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from contractors/firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and having registration with FBR & PRA (active Tax Filer NTN and PNTN) for construction works in Lahore.

Bidding procedure: Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) on or before 12-11-2026, not later than 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM on the EP system.

Bid security: A Bank Guarantee / CDR valid for Bid Validity Period + 20 days, amounting to 5% of the estimated cost, shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) before closing time for submission of e-bids.

Other instructions: Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Bids submitted by hand, telegraph, or post will not be accepted; only bids submitted through the EP System shall be considered. Bidders must upload required documents/PDF files on the EP System as per regulations. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures and words.
