Punjab Highway Department Tender — Special Repair of Road Tatral Chowk to Dhoke Daraz, Chakwal

Issuer: Punjab Highway Department, Executive Engineer Highway Division Chakwal (IP-11377) in coordination with Superintending Engineer, Highway Circle No.2 Rawalpindi.

Purpose: Invitation to contractors/engineering firms for online bidding under PPRA e-Procurement System for the Special Repair of Road from Tatral Chowk to Dhoke Daraz (Length 2.40 km) in District Chakwal.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/code.
• Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA) website is mandatory; registration information/procedures available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
• Bid security must be deposited digitally through the Online Payment System of the Punjab e-Procurement System (linked with the Bank of Punjab) in accordance with PPRA rules.
• The successful (lowest evaluated) bidder will be required to submit a Performance Security/Guarantee @ 5% of the bid amount within 15 days as per PPRA rules.

Submission & Opening: Bids shall be submitted and received through the Punjab e-Procurement System; bid opening is scheduled on 2026-11-12 at 02:30 PM. Relevant notices, instructions to bidders, and online submission procedures are available on the Punjab e-Procurement website.
