Municipal Committee Shorkot Tender for HDPE Force Main at Kotla Zareef Khan Disposal

Municipal Committee Shorkot invites electronic bids from eligible firms, contractors and companies for the HDPE force main project at Kotla Zareef Khan Disposal under its OSR schemes for financial year 2026–27. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure through Punjab's e-Procurement system.

Applicants must be financially sound, registered with the relevant departments and tax authorities, enlisted on Punjab e-Procurement, and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 or above. A fresh affidavit confirming that the bidder has neither been blacklisted by PPRA nor is currently in litigation must accompany the bid.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA portal at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx and the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Submit electronic bids by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bids must remain valid for 120 days. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Only technically responsive bids will proceed to financial evaluation.
