KP Wildlife Auction of Himalayan Ibex Trophy Hunting Permits in Chitral

The Chief Conservator Wildlife, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from eligible registered outfitters for the auction of exportable Himalayan ibex trophy hunting permits. Bidding will follow the National Competitive Bidding procedure under the Single Stage, One Envelope method and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014.

Bidding documents and detailed terms are available from the office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife, KP, and through the KPPRA website. Bids must include the required supporting documents and security in Pakistani rupees through a call deposit receipt or a written guarantee from a scheduled bank, excluding microfinance banks and other financial institutions.

Submit bids in a sealed envelope marked with the relevant subject to the Chief Conservator Wildlife, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department, 2 Shami Road, Peshawar. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Applicable taxes, duties, fees and other disposal charges are payable by the successful bidder. Payment by instalments is not allowed, and permits will be issued after the successful bidder deposits the bid amount.
