SRSP Tender for Vehicle Rental Services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

SRSP invites sealed tenders from authorized and registered vehicle rental service providers for vehicles on a monthly and per-day rental basis for official use across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Tender reference: SRSP-AP/PS-VR/KP-07-26-51.

Eligible bidders must have valid sales tax/KPRA and income tax registrations, relevant experience, and registered business status. Tender documents can be downloaded from the tender document portal. The documents include tender conditions, a tender form, a technical bid form, declarations, a public disclosure form, taxes information, an EOBI declaration, and a financial bid form.

Sealed tenders must reach the submission address by 1:00 p.m. on November 24, 2026, through courier or registered mail only. Bids must comply with the standards in Annex 1. Clarification queries may be submitted through the email address given in the tender documents at least five days before the closing date.
