C&W Punjab Tender for District Attorney Office Building Construction in Lahore

The Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids for the construction of the District Attorney Office-I building in Lahore under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.

Eligible contractors and firms must hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration renewed for financial year 2026–27, in Category C-4 or above with specialization code CF-10. The original PEC licence or certificate must be produced during technical and specialized qualification scrutiny.

Bidding documents, qualification requirements and terms are available to registered bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System; manual bids will not be accepted.

Bid security must equal 5% of the bid amount and must be submitted through PSID in the manner prescribed by the e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments, including call deposit receipts, will not be accepted.

The bid submission deadline is 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Communication & Works Department, Buildings Division, Lahore. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend; representatives must hold an attested power of attorney.

If a government-announced holiday falls on the scheduled date, submission and opening will take place on the next working day. The response period is calculated from publication on the Punjab PPRA tender portal.
