PRIAT Lahore Request for Quotation for 15 LaserJet Printers

The Directorate General Agriculture (Water Management), Punjab, Lahore, through the Project Management Unit of the Punjab Resilient and Inclusive Agriculture Transformation (PRIAT) project, invites sealed quotations from eligible firms for IT equipment under World Bank procurement procedures.

Interested bidders may obtain the quotation documents from the Directorate General Agriculture (Water Management), Agriculture House, 21-Davis Road, Lahore, during office hours by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. Documents are also available through the project's website.

Sealed quotations must reach the same address by 19 November 2026 at 11:15 AM. Quotations will be opened that day at 11:45 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Bidders must hold NTN, STN and PRA registration certificates, as applicable, and submit these with their bids. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes and duties. Partial bids are not allowed, and the purchase order will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder.
