NLC Tender for Steam Hot Washing of Oil Tankers in Karachi

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites sealed tenders for steam hot washing of furnace oil, crude oil, ghee and other oil tankers. Rates must be quoted for Karachi and remain valid until 31 December 2029.

Tenders must be submitted before 11:00 AM on 12 November 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 noon on the same day. In the event of a gazetted holiday, tenders will be opened on the next working day.

The required bank drafts or pay orders must accompany the tender and be payable to National Logistics Corporation. Quoted rates must include GST, which will be treated under the Third Schedule of the Sales Tax Act, 1990. Taxes, including advance income tax, will be deducted under the applicable tax rules and regulations.

Bids will be accepted only where bidders accept all terms and conditions in the tender documents. Documents can be downloaded from www.nlc.com.pk or obtained during office hours from the Senior Manager, R&M Section, NLC, near District Jail Malir, Landhi, Karachi.
