Lahore Buildings Division Tender for Police Residence Rehabilitation at Qurban Lines

The Executive Engineer, 3rd Buildings Division, Lahore, Communication & Works Department, invites electronic tenders for rehabilitation, additions, alterations and missing facilities in police officers’ residences in Punjab, including alteration work at House No. 6, Qurban Lines, Lahore.

Eligible contractors must be enlisted or renewed with the department for the financial year 2026–27 and hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C6 or above with specialization code CE10. Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.

Technical and financial bids must be submitted online by 25 November 2026 at 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM. Financial bids will be opened on the fifth day after publication of the technical evaluation report.

Earnest money must be submitted through a scheduled bank as an F-1 link or online bank transfer generated through the e-Procurement System. Supporting evidence must accompany the electronic bid. If the scheduled opening day is declared a holiday, bids will be received and opened on the next working day.
