District and Sessions Court Lodhran Tender for Three 8kW Hybrid Solar Systems

The Office of the District and Sessions Judge Lodhran, through the District Development Committee, invites electronic bids for the solarization of ladies’ bar rooms at the district headquarters in Lodhran and the subdivisions of Kehror Pacca and Dunyapur.

The required systems include 8kW hybrid solar inverters, 625–650W solar panels, galvanized iron mounting structures, AC/DC copper conductor cables, a 100Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, and associated installation materials. The scope includes transportation, installation, testing and commissioning. Prices must include taxes, overheads, profit and procurement charges.

Eligible bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience and hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration for 2026–2027 in category C3 or above, with the relevant engineering code. Registration with the applicable income tax, sales tax and Punjab Revenue Authority bodies, active taxpayer status, and an affidavit confirming that the bidder is not blacklisted are required.

Submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 17 November 2026. Bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of the District and Sessions Judge Lodhran. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

Bidders must submit the 5% bid security electronically and deliver the original bid security instrument to the procuring office before the deadline. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price.
