District Council Lodhran invites sealed bids through e-Procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) from contractors enlisted/renewed for the current financial year 2026-27 with the Pakistan Engineering Council for multiple repair and rehabilitation works under Single Stage One Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Bidding documents must be downloaded from the PPRA/e-Procurement portal without fee. Bids must be submitted on e-Procurement and accompanied by the required bid security via the portal. Contractors whose quoted lowest rates are more than 5% below the estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance security within 5 days of notice or risk forfeiture of the deposited CDR. The procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Successful bidders must comply with office directions; sub-work orders will be issued as required and contractors must submit GPS-tagged progress photographs daily.

Bid submission deadline on e-Procurement: 2026-11-12 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on e-Procurement on 2026-11-12 at 12:30 PM in the office of District Council Lodhran by the tender opening committee (or in the presence of authorized representatives).
