Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME), a joint venture of the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, has announced a second extension of tender document collection and bid submission dates for Tender Nos. BRT/QT/TD-30 and TD-31/2026-27.

The tender document fee is PKR 5,000 for each tender, payable by pay order or online through Allied Bank Limited. Tender documents may be collected and bids submitted at BME House, Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan.
This extension follows the earlier extension of document collection to 27 October 2026 and bid submission to 4 November 2026. The extension has also been uploaded to the PPRA website. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
The tender number and firm’s details must be mentioned on the sealed envelope. Bids without bid security will not be accepted. BME reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
