Sealed tenders must be addressed to the CFO, clearly marked with the tender number, and prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents. They must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila, by 2:00 PM on 11 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same day in the Admin Block, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management against a non-refundable payment of Rs. 1,500 in the form of a CDR or pay order in favour of HMC.
HMC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage before award of the contract.
