UET Taxila Tender for Laptop, High-End Workstation and Drone under NRPU Project

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Taxila invites electronic bids for the purchase of equipment for NRPU Project 20-143413-36 for its Electronics Engineering Department. Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders must submit separate bids for each lot, and contracts will be awarded separately for each lot.

Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, service providers and joint ventures, where applicable, engaged in trading and registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax.

Each e-bid must be accompanied by the applicable bid security in the name of “Treasurer, UET, Taxila,” in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order, or submitted/transferred online according to the e-Procurement System procedure established in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab.

Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Late e-bids will be rejected. Bidders should upload their bids well before the deadline rather than wait until the final date and time. Submission through the portal is entirely the bidder’s responsibility, and UET Taxila will not be responsible for any related issues.

Bidding documents are available from the date of publication and may be downloaded from the university website at https://web.uettaxila.edu.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. UET Taxila will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred in preparing or delivering e-bids. If the submission day falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. Response time will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website; the notice also identifies https://ep.punjab.gov.pk as the PPRA website.
